Main habits
1- wake up before 7am
2- post here after waking upâ
3- working 1st turn (morning) at least 3 hoursâ

1- sweep floor
2- exercise

Although I worked the 2 turns yesterday, I procrastinated a bit. Will try to focus more today!

I relapsed after 15 days streak. I think I need to reconsider my habits and make some modifications. Also I will try describe my habits in detail or write under some habits that what I will do in it.

- First slot - 6:00 to 9:00 AM
- Second slot - 10:00 to 1:00 PM

Yesterday I was really focused on my work and did not procrastinate at all! I think it was the first time in a long time this happened. Iâm happy about it

I am travelling a litte, so my daily habits are total mess
I will return soon.
A good thing - Iâve walked 15 k today!
But also used phone for longer, because I needed it for directions so as I said - it messed up my routine. But I am sure - for the better! Enjoy your time! Best wishes
