How are you gonna survive on just 3.5 hours sleep a day? :sweat_smile:. That’s not wise bro. Minimum to minimum it should be 6 hours. And even if it goes upto 8 or so, it’ll only be beneficial for physical and mental health.
For exam time 7 hours is optimal for good performance, your mind won’t be able to grasp what you study if you take this less sleep, problem solving ability also decreases.

Neet is 2 months away. Neet requires syllabus of both 11 and 12th which is huge. I think sleeping is 7 hours is necessary otherwise your body is gonna shut down. But you can achieve studying 15 hours. But at the end it’s his choice.

Bro it’s only for a 50 days and I will try my best. On Sundays I will sleep for 6 hours. I know it’s not good for health. But that’s my situation. I’ve to do it. Otherwise die :joy: do or die challenge.

That’s true determination right there :star2: . Keep hardworking bro but take care of your health too , sleep affects the mental health as well . Here I skip a few hours of sleep , the other day , I feel lazy , sleepy , unproductive and cloudy . More because I am not used to it , its just been a few months but yeah you should take care of yourself and you have the best wishes for your goal from our side (: , may you achieve all your dreams .

Get your stock of coffee and get to studying :fire:, there’s no way you are gonna survive with this less sleep without coffee.

Sleep at 11.00 pm
