Bros hlp me out plss :pray::pray::pray: !! I had a thought to relapse but for good i got a strike of not to do it. I dont know how to divert it. This is where i am falling again nd again. What should i do now. I planned to go for brisk walking. But what u guys do to divert your mind??? Hlp me pls. . . I literally had a debate with myself with relapse’s cons. What else i should do?

Or have a shower. Its effective for me. My dad gave that advice.

Or do some jumping jacks.

You know that sexual energy actually makes you look prettier? Like dark circles would be less prominent, and glow on your face will be more (I have personally experienced this when I had high streaks like 180+).

That’d be enough motivation for you to not relapse everytime.

I can totally relate you , I am a 21 yr old guy , I got myself ■■■■ when i 11 or 12 , I used to watch it from then but lockdown has made the situation even more worse , like I was totally free and no one was around , so I totally got into this , i couldn’t crack JEE , as I was deeply involved into all this stuff.
Literally , pmo ruined my life in many ways , i couldn’t concentrate studies , i lost confidence myself , when i was going i used to think what all others are thinking of me ,
all these things are due to pmo addiction , as we have been in closed doors for many months and years , we are not ready to face the real world
coming to your day dreaming , it is more about overthinking , you must not think of lot , just be in present , don’t think of your future and past , it will do nothing.
Start your change with little changes in your life
I suggest you make you hobbies like reading books , doing exercise , make yourself engaged in your work , there will no be no time left for all these things.
I recommend you to read “Atomic habits” book , it has lot about building new habits and quitting the bad ones.
Directly don’t focus on reading for 9-10 hrs a day , make small changes , start with sitting for 2 hrs , gradually increase it , you will get the result .
Nothing is impossible , just don’t try to give up.

Whoever studies less than 3.5 hours between us before 12 am , 10/10/2024 , will be punished by the winner and loser have to do it no matter what , no backing off, do you accept the challenge? Challenge will start today from 6:30 pm and end on 12 am . It’s AM don’t tell me you misunderstood after losing , we have 5.5 hours . All the best.
