Just some meditation a day and being mindful of your emotions and steering them towards happiness is all you need.
And you can always practice by laughing unnecessarily like I do.

Haa bhai kuch limits breaking plans gote h daily. But i am satisfied you know. Bas kal to buri tarah mess up kr diya tha.

I mostly keep realistic plans now a days that I can actually do.

Realistic goals keep you fulfiled and confident. Because you can achieve them but if I do that . It would be wrong because my limit is so less right now. I need to push my limits .

Was super focused in morning although lost pace after i had to end detox for filling form final part. But regained momentum in evening.

Little improvement daily can lead to complete different reality.
