I want to make this a lifestyle now not a forced time table and easiest way of doing this is by being focused that’s why no mobile phone. @The_integrous_one is a big inspiration. He completes his tasks daily generally whereas I have a nature of starting many things but completing any hardly . So this diary for new life.
16 august

Day was great. No youtube is kinda little hard but i know soon i will not even feel the need of it. I was more active and socially ready. And morning chanting brought bliss to whole day. Also the climate here is super chill. Cold winds with little rain .
Overall i need to become more focused and eager . My parents tell me i am not eager to earn and it’s true i don’t know why . But i can do the hard work, that’s all I need to do.

Day was good. Everything went smooth. Had some withdrawal type feeling to open YouTube and play games but i stopped myself also i can’t do anything because of detox . Will sleep after some work. Good night. Om
