Hey guys, this is a new strategy of Nofap journey.

P90🛡️ PRODUCTIVITY 90 DAYS CHALLENGE

I’m sure that this challenge will change our life.
We have certain simple tasks to do each day and thereby we will complete 90 days of nofap.
Each day you will get different hd wallpapers. You can use it as your mobile wallpaper.

Everyone Please read it carefully

Details about round 1 which will starts on 18 October monday
Check in daily is not mandatory but updating habits done and task done atleast weekly is required also updating about relapse etc weekly is must…
So as it is a 90 days plan we decided to do something rocking. We have decided to make the plan in 3 rounds

Round 1 will go for Day 1 - Day 21

So first round will last for 3 weeks i.e. 21 days. We took 21 days as said it takes 21 day minimum to stick to a new habit. So what we planned is that initially there will be two types of habits
:ribbon: A. Daily habits which include habits which are to be followed for whole 21 days and
:ribbon: B. Special/New/extra habits in which two new habits will be added at start of week 1 ,two more new at start of week 2 and two more at start of week 3… which will complete 21 days so out of these two add on’s one will be common for all and one will be choosen by the participant himself once Special habit is added 1 of the habit given by us will actually be a task which will last for that particular week and other will be habit choosen by the participant themselves which will become part of daily habit once its done
So habits i choose from start i.e daily habits will be as follows,

Daily Habits Tasks

:beginner:Have a good sleep (average 6 to 8 hours minimum)
:beginner:Drink loads of water ( min 2.5L)
:beginner:Workout/play any sports
:beginner:Reading/Meditation (any one) of them (choice of participant)
(This choice will be there till end of the challenge)
:beginner:Cold/medium water bath
:beginner:Study/work daily

These will be the habits from start
Now at start of week one participant has to choose a habit apart from these daily one’s
For eg. He chose any passion like listening songs or walking or if he choose meditation as his daily habit he can choose reading as special habit or playing any musical instrument or writing or waking up early etc. Any he has his own options but it should be apart from these daily one’s
And he has to choose new one at start of week 1 then week 2 and last week 3
And special task which will be given by us.
Some tasks as follows

:diamond_shape_with_a_dot_inside:Week 1 - No junks/healthy week/proper diet task(if done successfully for 6 days can cheat on sunday)

:diamond_shape_with_a_dot_inside:Week 2 - Study task ( Study should be major preference) expected study/work time minimum should be 8 hours for whole week (if done successfully for 6 days can cheat on sunday)

:diamond_shape_with_a_dot_inside:Week 3 - Social media/Screen less task (Using phone/laptop/tv all screen devices) for least time like only for work purpose exception but for entertainment not more than 45min to 1 hour again in this (if done successfully for 6 days can cheat on sunday)

Now about point system

For every daily habit done daily = +1 points
For every special habit done daily = +2 points
For every task done daily = +3 Points

Players with maximum point will be awarded with certain badges/ranks/etc. And this points will be for whole challenge. Also doing following things may reduce your points…
Peek -3 points
Relapse -5 points

Battles and duel points are also coming. This is a just a sample cracker :bomb:.Original rocket :rocket:is coming. So everyone be patient. Our challenge will starrs on October 18 monday.

Ok , let me know how this program works

I drink 3-4 glasses of water when I wake up, I meditate daily 5- 20 minutes.
I workout almost daily.
I read daily, 1 page daily stoic in morning and 10-20 min another book at night.
But I can’t wake up at 5.
I sleep from 12-8, 8 hours

But will I not get a point if I just have 3-4 glasses of water in the morning instead of 5?
