thanks RC community for being so supportive. last 2 months felt like a rollercoster ride. i reached the depths of the hell mentally and came back from there.

You may not notice it in this perspective but you made and still are making your life better, you are on the path to a happy ending. When we face obstacles, they can break or strengthen us. It’s in human nature. But you decided your future and how you would respond. Now look where you are now! You should feel proud of yourself. Nothing makes you happy more than success after so much pain. Keep enlightening the world around you and never let other things in life define who you are. Keep smiling like a star and always remember that whenever you need anything, yourself is the first one who can help ( and we are second  )

Now continue this amazing journey and keep improving every day!

I can read the future you see :smiling_imp:

Anyways, nofapstar, I’m no expert in dieting either, but here’s something that made a big difference for me. Drinking water first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, felt like a detox like it flushed all the toxins out of my system. I also recommend having a few dates in the morning for a natural energy boost, and make sure you’re getting enough carbohydrates throughout the day. That’s what’s worked for me!

Take enough protein. That is number one. You need nearly 1g of Protein for 1kg of your body weight. So for me, as I am 65kg, I need 65g of Protein ideally. But when you perform heavy workouts, the demand goes higher to around 75g.

Probably you are staying at a hostel these days so 2 boiled eggs, peanut butter and 4 slices of bread during breakfast with a glass of milk will be ideal to begin your day with. You can also take a bowl of Protein oats as a substitute. Your breakfast must offer around 25-30 g of Protein.

Eat your routine meal during lunch as I don’t think you will have a lot of time to cook or get something proteinaceous there.

Have a banana shake around evening if possible, at least half an hour before workout. Or if that is not possible, have some bread omelette kind of stuff. You can look for vegetarian substitutes if you are a Vegan. During workout keep having a sip or two of water or hydrating drink so as to prevent cramps.

As you return after workout, you can take one Whey Protein Shake. It is basically prepared by mixing Whey Isolate with water. One Protein Shake offers you 25 g of Protein.

Proceed with dinner. If you are not served meat or cheese during your dinner, having a glass of milk or two boiled eggs before or after the dinner can fulfil your protein requirement. Your dinner must give you some 10-12 g of Protein.

Eating almonds in the morning or anytime during the day can bring another 2-3 g of Protein.

You can see that all this will round upto 65 g or more of Protein. This is the diet that I have followed and reaped great results in the very first month. I guess I do have awesome arm genetics which has helped in reaping this result but I will also give due credit to my protein intake.

If your body fat percentage is low, you need not focus on cutting a lot. Water intake must be around 2-2.5 litres per day.
