From day 1 , whatever i have written in this diary contains my raw emotions.
whenever i was happy i shared , whenever i was sad i shared , whenever i was going through hardships i shared. this was the only place i could open myself and still get support from people whether in the bad times or good times.
i will never leave this app, even if i am fully recovered from pmo. u will always find nofapstar in the forum. if i was able to help someone that would make me happy because i would know that i could contribute something to this community.

That warmed my heart so much brother. When your dad gets better, he’ll look at you and will feel so proud that he was gifted with a son like you. Now that you have defeated this addiction. focus on your life, your hobbies and your family. You are a very strong person now, and do keep sharing. I don’t think one should keep things within them and let it hurt them. Now, rest well. You have not slept well for many nights. Rest then get back to working hard like you’ve been doing so far. I’m so proud of you,my little brother.
