Hey guys. Sorry I know I said I will give tips and I didn’t forget so here is some that I think might help.
You see this is YOUR journey and YOU need to do what is necessary to beat it. YOU know YOURSELF and nobody can tell YOU anything different only guide some of YOUR thoughts.
See YOU have to have YOUR set of rules and YOU need the basics to start it off, but YOU need to do the effort.

AVOID use of electronic devices when you feel the urge.

AVOID the use of electronic devices in the bedroom at night or places where you have watched p* before.

USE your elctronic device for the purpose you intend and stop use if the task is completed. If you really struggle alot use porn blocker apps.
For example with no. 3 if you need to google something for a project or just for info if you don’t know about something just google it.
Say I wanna Google how to plant carrots. I google it and read about it and stop use after I am finished reading the article about it.
- Stop the use of it immediately. Don’t think to downgrade it and a downgrade later again to think it will help you to stop it completely later. No it ain’t like smoking if you have smoked a packet a day you would switch to half a packet and then 1 cigarette and stop( besides this also sometimes fails and you still are smoking or drinking). To beat a addiction you have to commit and this method never helps in beating porn. Say no to nudes, to video’s, audios or anything related in triggering you to watch porn all at once!

If you have a boner have the next thought ready. No TOUCH, no THOUGHT an no EYE CONTACT.

For the overall journey
1.Remember what I started out with and I emphasized YOU. This why I did it. YOUR BODY ,YOUR MIND, YOUR CHOICES, YOUR JOURNEY. So what you gonna do you are gonna make it your own and beat this thing and you have to find your way with the basics and some of our help, but you have to make the time make the choices to complete the journey and while you are at it have tons of fun on this journey to keep you motivated to make it easier for yourself to stay om this journey.
2.Beat those thoughts of I am just gonna do it for the last time today and start 100% on this journey tomorrow . Because you might not habe tomorrow or that thought will stay with you and that tomorrow that your journey will start will never come.

Leave your past behind start looking at today and take each day one at a time as they come. Stick to today only and still stay at the thought of today is day 1 no matter how far you go.

Don’t fret on how many days you wanna do or days you have completed as this could discourage you as you think it might not be able to accomplished say 100 day if you are on day 7 and stay stuck with the thought if 7 days are hard how will day 100 be. So have a goal that is good yes, that’s great, but forget a little about your counter.
