Yes, but very little difference. I think few little hairs are coming but hairs are very small. In addition, I became optimistic towards my hair journey also. But right now, Patience and consistency are the only keys.

Bro do this wall for 15 - 20 days . After that try without support(wall). You can do it. I also learned it without wall now.Honestly I also thought that I couldn’t do the headstand on 1st day but after that My confidence increased very much and I am doing without support of wall too with balance.

Today I already noticed slightly better balance and I felt less fear to do it.
Start doing 1 minute straight. Then 2 minutes. I am doing 2 minutes straight and take a break. And doing again. I am doing atleast 10 minutes. And don’t call me Sir. I am here for nofap and getting back my hair. We are friends here.
