So, to release this energy safely you must tire both your body and mind by doing intense physical exercise and long studies / work sessions. Basically tire yourself out so much that whenever you get home at the end of the day, you only desire sleep, nothing else.
Around day 11 this energy level will drop back to normal.
But until then, stay vigilant and work hard.
