Yes my friend I just relapsed yesterday. I had urges I controlled alot and I know I could stop it. But what made me for this failure was that in my I already had assumed that I have completed my 4 days goals. That feeling of completing it just took over my motivation

@Ani2031 I think that if you set your goal to 4 days and you accomplished… It’s ok to relapsed… There are different roads that lead the same city… So each of us will succeed by it’s own method.
But now that you decided to eliminate porn for your life, I think you will reach more days easily… It is said that the first 9 days are the hardest.
