My friend my no fap journey has not been that good what I expect . When I had started masturbating I used to masturbate but it was less. ButThis shitty thing porn it grows your fantasies so much that then your urges increase. I felt everything normal when I used to be busy . Masturbation didn’t bother me much bcoz I used to do it with a constant moderate gap like once or twice a week. But this pandemic has worsened everything .
