Bro don’t help your beast
If you are going to do things that will lead to your relapse and you already know that
Then what’s the point of the no-fap journey
Your brain is under the control of the beast
In the first month
Your only job is to git rid of the beast control and get back your brain to fight with you
To summarize, your brain is the most dangerous enemy during this journey
So you need to control it first and make it fight with you not against you
And that is done by many things such as reading about your enemy (porn)
Creating good habits instead of bad habits that stimulate your relapse (such as watching anime)
And the most important thing is the calm mindset
If you are going to do thing that you know it will make you relapse then stop for a moment and take control of the action before your unconscious brain take the decision and leave you with a disappointing relapse feelings

Fire :fire: is still there and it’s becoming more and more powerful
Let me make it bigger and bigger inside me …and use the energy to achieve MySelf…( The calmer , the more happier , the stronger… totally a better and different version of myself )

Today is mahashivratri and there’s a big carnival in my place every year on this occasion, i enjoy entire day in carnival. Its very enjoyable.

Life is everything. Good and bad. You gotta stay strong and always remember your reason for doing this. Do not falter may brother. This too shall pass. Use your mind. Snap out of it. No reason for relapsing can be justified. Stay strong brother. You are far stronger than you think.
