In my head this group is a challenge and accountability group. I, personally, intend to give my all to bring about change. But it’s mostly supposed to be a supportive peer group where people know what goals you intend to achieve and how you are doing daily with the kernels that you must have decided for yourself. So that we can have constructive inputs and support from the community. Maintaining the streak is a must for me on that pathway.
In that case, the mandatory rules should be simple. Like check-ins + maybe talk about one positive thing you want to do or one positive habit you want to work on.
If the MANDATORY is simple, more people will come. And discussion is inevitable in an accountability group.

Woke up at 5. Had a cold shower. Did weight training for 1 hr. And started my day after a little bit of meditation because these days, in the evening, I am attending a “7 days meditation challenge” that’s being organized by ‘art of living’ at the campus. Will be starting with my studies soon.
