You need to believe in your self and push your limits because if not you gonna be a loser all your Life and we are here to take place and takes action, even if u in bad shape u can change ur life, lift, walk, run when you can, its not the trainer or the coach I did It alone, you need to light your flame and say Im tired of not having what I want, what I wish everyday, stop wishing and start doing, no battles no struggles just you doing, leave the black clouds out of your mind, Im the prove that you can change your Life for the better
