Hello,I’m a 22yr old woman. I’ve been in this cycle of addiction for 4yrs. It’s about time I quit. After multiple failing attempts and reaching out to many people as well as researching, I’ve found the best technique. The idea is to set targets for yourself so the idea of quitting doesn’t seem overwhelming and taking it further from there. Its not a big deal. You just say " I am interested in this challenge " and the challenge mod will let u know whether u are in or not.
The first post of the challenge will tell u all the rules associated with that challenge. Majority of the challenges revolves around No fap and dsicipline like study , exercise , meditate etc.
Once you are in try to update that regularly like you did no fap , you studies x no. of hours etc etc. Mod will give u points accordingly.

Even if you dont want to be on the app, I would suggest to join the study challenge on this forum.
