Day 20 [20 July 2020 time is 11:15PM IST]
Work got extended and there was hell a lot of work but somehow managed to complete
the planned things for the day, happy 
Woke up early 
Excerise and meditation (yes but not as expected) 
Learning
Work
Mobile usage reduced
Spend time with family 
Get motivated
Motivated others
No PMO
Overall a not a bad day, but if workload was less, would have had enough time to spend on crossed activities. Going to add a quote or strong message in my diary starting from today.

Today is a special day!!!
I finally broke my streak (of 20 days) record into pieces and stepped into 21st day with a power to destroy this addiction once in for all. No words could not explain what I feel right now and I’m literally crying in happiness.
“It takes 21 days to build a habit, it takes 90 days to make a lifestyle.”
But I see this only as a first step of the journey that will go for eternity and I would really take this moment to thanks my brothers who supported and still supporting my everyday

One piece of advice… i have seen people falling from 400 days streaks …
There biggest hurdle was their own Brain.
As the time goes… our will power gets very strong…
We dont give importance to mind chatter… and keep moving.
Always Listen to your heart over your Brain.

The movie name is Pursuit of happyness and I suggest you to watch this movie, it’s a biography movie, whenever I feel demotivated I will watch this movie, it motivates a lot and yes it doesn’t have any adult scenes at all.
