-going to sleep 11: 50 PM(Sleeping between 10 tp 11 PM❌)

Woke up at 6:40 am as usual bcz of alarm but Slept after to 10:25 :man_facepalming:

As my exam is over today, I am going to take rest for a few days and I will not be able to get up at 4 in the morning for 5 days :sweat_smile:
I will come again in 5 days. In these five days, I am going to relax my mind :blush:

It’s fantastic! I woke up at 4:55 just before my alarm :heart_eyes:
A fresh waking up!

Next days, I’ll do my best to go to bed earlier. Because sleeping 4-5 hours a night may be too little.

I have started this challenge too.
Will go to bed at 10:30 and get up at 6:30.
I’m a morning person anyway but this helps being accountable.

I slept 2 hours (6:30 am - 8:30 am ) , so first the totaled is less than 10 hours , and second my day was active and not like another one before .
