MIRACLE MORNING CHALLENGE TO UPLIFT YOUR LIFE INSTANTLY (only for courageous titans)

i sleep 6 to 7 hours daily .
i take a nap of 1 to 2 hours in afternoon to refuel my body and then start my study session

In sept i tried to sleep only in morning and not in afternoon so I sleep from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am
in month of sept .
but then i realise it does’t work i feel very tired in evening and not work with high efficiency

so i change my plan and started to sleep 11.00pm to 4.00 AM in morning and take 1 to two hours of nap in afternoon.

It gives me better results ( it’s my experience everyone has different mindset and different habits of sleeping according to your daily routine )

It’s a pleasure to be in this challenge. It’s day 3 for me!

What I understand is that No Fap isn’t a challenge of long streaks, it’s a lifestyle.

I think that NoFap will not change my life, but NoFap with news habits will definitely do it!

Day 4! It’s HARD…

Before this challenge, I was used to getting up around noon. I could sleep up to 14 hours a night.

This challenge is a big change for me. Thanks to you, I will succeed in achieving my goals.

Today i wake up at 5 AM :blush:
My alarm not ring on time because my phone .was switch off ( I forgot to charge my mobile ) :sweat_smile::joy:

Guys if you want to know the power of waking up early, look the amount of work I did today. I had a focused and extremely productive morning today and I completed 12 fucking hours of work!
That is the power of CONQUERING YOUR MORNING!

Sorry guys !!
I couldn’t get up early this morning because at 3 o’clock I had a night fall then my head started aching so I went back to sleep .

But from tomorrow I will get up at 4.00 in the morning every day :v::v:

Day 13

Went to bed at 10:45 pm but still thinking about what to do in career. So I changed it from 10:45 to 11:50 pm.

I woke up at 3 this morning.:white_check_mark:

I am going to sleep at this time so that I can minimize my sleep. And the next night when I get to bed at 10 pm I fall back sleep quickly to wake up early. At least one night I have to sacrifice. But it will be worth it. Now I am on. Count me in, In this challenge from tommorow !.:crown::sparkles:
