i sleep 6 to 7 hours daily .
i take a nap of 1 to 2 hours in afternoon to refuel my body and then start my study session
In sept i tried to sleep only in morning and not in afternoon so I sleep from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am
in month of sept .
but then i realise it does’t work i feel very tired in evening and not work with high efficiency
so i change my plan and started to sleep 11.00pm to 4.00 AM in morning and take 1 to two hours of nap in afternoon.
It gives me better results ( it’s my experience everyone has different mindset and different habits of sleeping according to your daily routine )
Let’s go for a second day with this awesome challenge! By been courageous, we can access at our all potential. Step by step, we are building our future.
Guys if you want to know the power of waking up early, look the amount of work I did today. I had a focused and extremely productive morning today and I completed 12 fucking hours of work!
That is the power of CONQUERING YOUR MORNING!
I am going to sleep at this time so that I can minimize my sleep. And the next night when I get to bed at 10 pm I fall back sleep quickly to wake up early. At least one night I have to sacrifice. But it will be worth it. Now I am on. Count me in, In this challenge from tommorow !.
