Need to deal with this impulse to use phone at night. I am thinking of inculcating a healthier alternative habit like reading book, meditation etc.

And failure to complete random mini tasks throughout the day is also a major reason for this, which results in me extending my bed time to complete it and eventually falling over the trap of “Last Dopamine hit before bed” by scrolling through my phone until it becomes too late.

Prerequisites:

  1. Schedule detox at 11.10pm
  2. Stop Phone usage by 11.05pm
  3. Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
    before, through reminder.
  4. Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
    app.
  5. Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
  6. Completing all pending tasks before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.
