Sure!.. Will join⊠I usually meditate 30m - 1hr daily. Right now my house works are going on so i couldnât maintain my routine

THE FIRST DAY OF THE MEDITATION CHALLENGE :
TIME: 5 : 00 A.M
DURATION: 37 M and 23 S
PLACE: nature
FILLINGS: Calm, peace, quit and relaxed.
Note:
I woke up at 3 : 00 A.M cause I was a little stressed, especially, I couldnât sleep 2 whole hours even tho my eyes were closed.
At 5 : 00 A.M, I decided to do meditation:
First I was sitting on a chair, stressed and tired, then, but after 5 minutes, I started scanning my body, feeling its sensations, especially the negative ones.
I began to send those feelings to my heart, puring them and transforming them into positive ones
Then, I went to bed and finally succeeded in sleeping.
Today, I was grateful to meditation for helping me to sleep.

Always remember your goal; âMeditationâ
Do not let No PMO your goal, do not repeat the same mistake of other people I once considered a big example. They make a huge streak then relapse for the same reason: They make their goal to not to masturbate. This will make you drain your willpower and glucose from the brain.
Instead, make your goal to exercise, to sleep enough, make your goal:
