With this little experience in brahmacharya, I can say one thing.
It’s about forming habits, enjoying journey and learning from our own and most importantly others’ mistakes.

To be honest, for last one month or so, I seldom followed morning running and meditation routine. But the habits and experiences of past journey have kept myself engaged.
I visited my school friend and even resided in his place for a week or so.

Now I have again started my morning routine of excercise since couple of days. Though I am taking some break from yoga and meditation but I have been following mindfulness and Ashwini mudra all the way, as and when needed.

Meanwhile I am focussed in learning Machine learning and related platforms for more productivity.
My harmonica journey is also on with intermittent breaks (Oh yes! I have also acquired a new chromatic harmonica and continuing learning journey with it…:grinning:)

There are numerous things to enjoy in life. We need to learn to channelize our energy into productive and creative activities. An active and healthy mind can figure the way out. There is no dearth of alternatives to short term pleasure. We just need to remove the dark shades over our eyes.

Last but not the least, I strongly understand and believe that It’s not difficult to leave PMO and other bad habits.

Let me cite a small conversation of my friend (above mentioned) and me.
I have been persuading him to quit smoking for years :joy:. Even he wants to quit but Alas…!

Me: Why don’t you track no. of cigarettes you smoke per day and write it down in your diary or calender. Eventually try to reduce it and finally get it to Zero.

Him: I have tried it, I think it’s not my way to quit smoking. Reducing it to Zero doesn’t work for me. If I will quit, I will quit in one go- like stop once and forever!

I know one size doesn’t fit all. What works for one may not work for others. We must find out what works best for us, and then follow that plan and strategy.

Lets enjoy the journey.
Lets reward ourselves with self- confidence, worthyness and joy of being master. It’s worth experiencing it!
Lets keep learning and improving.

Peace…

I should learn from you but I am failing repeatedly :disappointed:
I am not consistent to maintain long streak, just 28 days I maintained discipline after signing up this forum

Dear @SincereDev,

See failure as a first stepping stone for success. Just keep in mind not repeat the same mistakes again!
It’s OK to commit mistakes but NOT to repeat them :grinning:.

Start from small behaviour changes, then extend it to complex habit changed. You will succeed for sure. :+1:

Keep improving.

Higher we go, more the obstacles.
Last day was a learning day. I came out of a trigger narrowly.
We have to keep in mind that even a single earthquake can destroy a skyscraper. So keep away from potential triggers. Yes! Run away from them until you become trigger-proof. You have to become stronger and stronger as you go along.
Never Ever put your guards down!

Oh yes, I have started reading a very interesting book- ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne. This book was left by one of my friend in my place a long ago.
I recommend reading this book if you are interested in the law of attraction and the power of thoughts.
Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N71TLTZqw201UVuJfk53JcWLtdysIVvz/view?usp=drivesdk

Enjoy the journey and remain awesome as always!

Peace!

What’s happiness?

It’s the feeling when you break your own records and keep breaking it everyday.

This feeling is truly motivational and revealing new vistas.

Experiencing the happiness.
Hope all my friends feel the happiness and spread it all around.

Peace.

@JumpingBuddha bro I am just asking some private Question to you, Have you been just peek at any p@rn vid for a minute in these 150 days of NF?

Bhaiya I am asking because Sometime I peeked despite me resistance

I sometimes Watches Porn whenever I feel frustrated and upset in Real life despite my efforts, Although I avoided MO but watching P ruin my mind :disappointed:

Dont do this. It is not beneficial for you. Still your mind is Releasing Excessive dopamine, blocking neuro vascular junctions and killing all the active neurons before their expire date and they are just collected by the brain as a junk, till new neurons are not available, which is the white matter. It is opposite of grey matter which helps us to think clearly. And do you know semen is absorbed by our body and it have 10% nutrients and 90% water which helps in increasing the cellular process. It acts as ATP. Dev you are Dev(God). Act smart bro. Good luck. Jai Mahakal :om::heart:
