I want to include some of the yoga postures and pranayama you are doing. Did you learn it by some books or videos? Or did you learn it by teacher? Can you recommend any books or YouTube channel where i can learn these asanas?
What is the Mahamudra excercise you do? Is it shambhavi mahamudra by Sadhguru?

Glad you like to include them in daily life.
I learnt them from some old books on yoga like Gherand Samhita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Also verified in some YT videos (there are many versions of the postures online, so need to be cautious). I stick to original version mentioned in the books.

Sambhavi Mahamudra does include Bandhas, so three bandhas are part of it. I was not aware of it. Shambhavi Mudra and Shambhavi Mahamudra are different though.

btw shambhavi does contain three bandhas as well. Shambhavi is basically set of pranayams, bandhas, and meditation (towards the end).

Actually I meant Shambhavi Mudra instead of Shambhavi Mahamudra. Both are different. Latter does includes bandhas.

Today’s learning
- Brahmacharya enables a strong will power. It must be channelised towards self improvement goals. This will power is the essence of what we perform and what we achieve.
For last many days, I have been watching YT videos (ofcourse good videos) while having lunch/dinner for relaxation/entertainment. But I realised that they drag our time beyond the time allocated. They eat out time in disguise and reduce our potential. So I stopped watching today and wish to continue further. I feel my will power has improved now.
