1. The most important thing you can do is to give your best shot in the things you take at even in the things you hate. Its always easy to say follow your passion or follow your dreams. But many people are not blessed enough to recognise their passion. Passion is not always found, It can also be created. Whether you are passionate or not , The journey associated with it is always a tough path and that’s what makes you a stronger human being .

2. A human being is an animal. Sounds no brainer right ? But thats also an answer to your sensual pleasures like PMO. Human beings like many animals has 2 things in common. Impulsiveness and Intuition. Intuition was highly developed during earlier times because it gives us a warning of a future threat incoming. These days there is no tigers or lions to kill us. We no longer needed that. So the intuitive part of the brain is almost deactivated. But there are still threats like PMO which can kill you indirectly

Whenever an urge appears, you will get 2 thoughts consecutively. The first thought is impulsiveness and the second one is Intuition. Believe the second thought not only for this addiction but for life

3. How you have spent the day doesn’t matter, the moment you realise things are not going as it ideally should be, immediately take a ‘U turn’. It’s possible even at the last minute of a day!!!

4. Its always okay not to have a long term goal. Take some small goals and execute it . Successful small goals will lead you to bigger goals without your knowledge. Don’t be afraid when life moves without your knowledge. At the end of the day, that’s what makes you excited to live every single day because anything that’s anticipated never excites you. Embrace the unknown

5. Every Dream have a known or unknown deadline. If you fail to meet its requirements within the deadline, the dream would just remain as a dream forever

Don’t underestimate our parents bro. They have more knowledge and in fact more experience than us associated with it. My dad and mom knows the concept called Pornography.

In their days, even though there were no Pornographic sites to watch those , these were still CD’S , tapes, magazines and some movie scenes that were equivalent to Pornography.

They don’t tell too much to us about this because its awkward for a parent to tell their child these kind of stuff. They believe we should learn to control these kind of stuffs like eating, drinking etc.

Even my dad knows about No fap. He call it Bharmacharya which is a higher version of No fap.

Nah man , i can confirm none of my parents have any knowledge about it. They are naive. Yours must be from city so atleast they have idea or they must be educated
