Tiger has fallen at 8 today
I was able to sleep by 1.30 due to unavoidable reasons
Now I am studying and trying hard to not to sleep during studyā:sweat_smile:.

Today , there was no driving class today so 8 AM
So amazingly early.
Iāve read a lot of this topic since the beginning and Iām able to wake up really early when I need or want to, but I have one question. What in the world do you do with yourself for 3 or 4 hours until the rest of the world wakes up?
I tend to stay asleep until I have to get ready for something. I tend to go to bed a little late which I know isnāt the best, but I just donāt know what i would even do up!
If you get a chance, would each of you early-risers throw out what you do for us non-early-risers to get some inspiration and insight?

Il just suggest you guys something if you are open for constructive criticism. I have had habit of waking up at 5-7 am for the last year or so (except the times where you wake up at 9 am on off days). Already putting a disclaimer this isnāt me asking you guys not to wake up early.

Firstly ,Its more important to wake up fresh, than wake up early. Sleep between 7-8 hours is a must. Donāt fall for that elon musk crap.

Wake up early, depending on the things you have to do. For instance if you are planning on studying 8-10 hours, waking up at 6 am is the sweet spot. If you have a habit of going to gym early in the morning, wake up at 5/5:30.

If you donāt have a plan what you gonna do on waking up, theres no point of doing it. You might as well sleep.

Sleep early. No point in waking up early if you donāt sleep early.

Biggest myth is that magics gonna happen if you wake up early. I wake up at 5:50 every morning. I do it not because someone said its what āSuccessfulā people do. Thatās bullshit. Successful people will get shit done even when they wake up at 10 am. Its the mindset.

So in conclusion wake up at your comfortable time. Goal is you wake up fresh and be productive. You waking up at 5:00 and feeling sleepy is just as bad as waking up at 9:00ā¦lets be honest,you are gonna sleep in the middle of the day if that happens.

Tip: Practice Power-napping if you absolutely want to wake up at 5:30. Were humans and we need breaks. Thatās why power naps of 15 mins whenever you feel tired works wonders.
