I can understand your situation @Keats. Some things are just beyond our will power. The problem is will power acts on Psychological level. Itā€™ll help us focus and determined. But we have still to do actions.
The people who have addiction on this level can be overcome only by will power. But some people who are not able to do that is because the problem is much deeper- on the spiritual level.
We have to go that deep and correct it. Of course you need your Will, but what I have learned in my journey, is to not to use our will power in resisting something but to do the opposite so that we getting the power of the positive and the thing will automatically be resisted.
This fact is true but still it needs practice. But working in this direction will definitely bring a betterment.
I am currently trying to do that.

Day 2 check in

I have discovered another phrase by David Goggins. He said ā€œaccountability is sufferingā€ and once again, it hit me hard. Every time I relapse, I canā€™t say I put forward 100% of my effort to change that. I had this subconscious thought that ā€œI canā€™t go through the days under high urges, I got to get that energy out.ā€

Iā€™m done with that, Iā€™m taking accountability for myself, and I will suffer from temptation before I ever give in and lose again.

Moment of weakness for me wanting to peak but the blocker stopped it, thankfully it has a block on Google images too so I just ended up just moving along. Itā€™s funny how the brain registers itā€™s defeat and stopped hassling me

Been looking into that easypeasy method a member was talking about earlier. Hopefully will make some time to read it
