I feel jubilant and energetic. There is a glow on my face and for no reason I am very sociable. I talk to people I have never known before but still I bam very calm while talking. When I move around I feel like a mountain which canāt be moved by someone else. Iām so happy to live this life

I made it through, but I face actual urges now. This tiredness is weakening my mind and will. My tired mind brings back old stuff I left behind and didnāt came to my mind for weaks. I rather die than touch myself. I asked a friend to hang out with me tonight, so I avoid my flat as much as possible.
