265 lbs. Which is 120 kgs. Hell I can’t imagine how else to channel this resource cause it’s pure agro. I think I’d be more impressed with someone channeling it through meditation cause that’s next level.

I liberated my bad mood with an hour of exercise on my elliptical. Then talked with friends and now I’m calm. I noticed every once in a while that on days when I’m a bit more tired than usually, I get frustrated. I’ll try to find ways to deal with it in a faster and more gentleman like way.

An update on my Instagram detox:
To my surprise, I am starting to discover urges similar to a NoFap urge, but instead it’s just to open the app. This further convinces me that social media is an addiction just like PMO. I will keep going for 14 days, this is day 3.
The only Instagram I do is to update my racing account, post highlights, and support other racers. No main account viewing, posting, or searching for people on my other account.

Safeguard: Installed an app named Appblock. And blocked all the websites and apps like ig or twitter. Set a timer of 5 days and you can not open the blocked things until timer runs out. Recommended to you all kings

I wouldn’t consider viewing Instagram as addiction but let me explain.
I think people who actually post on Instagram can be addicted on getting followers and likes checking all day long how good is their profile going. I can see it on my sis she got over one thousand posts and she spend so much time on ig it’s absolutely crazy for me. So yes I would say you can get addicted on dopamine released when posting on ig.
Main reason why I think people should left ig is way different.
Ig is full of negative energy and it’s programming our brain. I never posted much on ig but I was viewing posts of others a lot and I can tell after I quit I feel way better. And that programming part like damn. You will always want to have that nice jordans or Supremes and Nike’s etc and you will never know where that feeling of need come from. I’ll tell you all it comes from is Instagram. At the end of the day it’s all just basic clothes with mega money put into Instagram to make them look like you can’t live without them. Instagram is overall bad for us that’s how i see it
