Since it was not from your own intention, and didnāt led you to look up more and relapse, I would say it is clearly not a relapse. Itās quite sad that some people are so up to porn and to their addiction that they bring it around everywhere and show it off as itās something to be proud of. They are in denial or simply doesnāt realized yet how shameful their behavior is. Donāt let this unfortunate event effect you. Clear your mind from that picture.

This time I am more powerful
I relapsed again after a day, Iām feeling very demotivated now to this cycle of relapse, start & again relapses. Itās irritating of again to get motivated & start for me ā¦ how can I come out of this loopā¦any suggestions welcome!

Day 19
You cannot fear a relapse. Once you fear a relapse, your brain says that you will at some point. I have managed to pull away the fear of relapse and accept that there is not another one coming. Itās helped tremendously.
Of course, in the event that you do relapse:
- start over
- focus on getting rid of the chaser
- reset your mind and focus on this once more.
