I relapsed, it was amazing journey of 12days . it was my highest streak thanks to this forum.

I will start again after 24 hrs and will achieve 18 day challenge.

I relapsed , watched movie there was erotic scene and i cannot stop my self from watching porn on computer . Sry for my english . When i saw this scene in movie i got up from my bed Like robot and i cannot stop . I was on day 11.

@Keats I commend you for your honesty and also calling this a relapse. Youā€™re absolutely right for wanting to start over. Sometimes with an addiction we start to have little cheats which eventually just end up with us using again. Itā€™s a big step, you seeing this. We all have your back brother!

@Imaperson74 you asked if there was some sort of reminder thing built into the app to let us know when to check in. As far as I know there isnā€™t. But there is the daily habits check-in app that Iā€™ve recommended before. Itā€™s called Loop Habit Tracker. You can see in the picture I uploaded that checking in here is one of my habits.

Not owning up to it convinces your mind that itā€™s okay to look so long as you donā€™t tell which leads to more relapses, happened to me before with the resetting of the timer thing.

You got the courage to admit your weakness now use that courage to go on a long streak :fire:

I think I get mentally weak at times then PMO slips through the cracks. Been using this one YouTube motivation vid that gives my mind a little pump in moments of weakness

When I listen to the video, itā€™s when I feel weak, fell tempted, feel the struggle. I play the video, close my eyes, stand up and acknowledge that as I am now, I am mentally broken, a slave to my desires, but in this state there is opportunity. Opportunity to conquer myself, push past my limits and mental constraints. Hopefully it can help you guys our too:
