Since candidates no longer have to wait until a new member is added to the League before joining I think the rule for all relapses (including members) will be you can join again in 24 hours as long as you add a safeguard (or multiple if you want).

So since you’re already at past 24 houres you’re eligible to join again and check in day 1.
