I relapsed again after a day, Iā€™m feeling very demotivated now to this cycle of relapse, start & again relapses. Itā€™s irritating of again to get motivated & start for me :disappointed::pensive:ā€¦ how can I come out of this loopā€¦any suggestions welcome!

Day 19

You cannot fear a relapse. Once you fear a relapse, your brain says that you will at some point. I have managed to pull away the fear of relapse and accept that there is not another one coming. Itā€™s helped tremendously.

Of course, in the event that you do relapse:

  • start over
  • focus on getting rid of the chaser
  • reset your mind and focus on this once more.
