Urges are so high today because of my work pressure and still i can feel them but Iām not a slave anymore who do everything which they want. Iām a warrior and i know that I shouldnāt respond to them. Good night guys i hope this phase passes very soonā¦
And anybody is here who has a solution to deal with stress is welcomed because everytime I have relapsed main culprit was stress. I havenāt relapsed to pixels in last 4 months. Itās just frustration , because of my soft behaviour towards people which creates trouble for myself. Whether itās my workplace where everyone want to use me for just their mean or my family who really give me headache time to time. Well, thatās a bad day guysā¦

Stress is a difficult emotion we all have to deal with, and it isnāt easy, but the steps are simple. If you have the power to change something that is upsetting you, donāt stress about it - go and change it. And if you donāt have the power to change something, donāt stress about it, accept it and move on. Either way, choose not to stress. You canāt control what happens to you, but you can control what you make happen. If the weather is unpleasant, that is out of your control, but you can choose to be prepared by bringing sunscreen and a bottle of water against the heat or an umbrella and a waterproof jacket against the rain.
Choose how you will behave in situations that usually make you feel stressed. Decide that your self-respect is too important for you to be pushed around. If someone comes to you at work to get you to do something for them, consider first how you will feel about it, and whether you want to do them that favour. Donāt be afraid to say No, I have too much work to do myself right now. or Iām feeling very stressed myself, if you help me with my work, I will help you with yours and we can both complete our work. Think about your family and the headaches they give you. Is it coming from a place of love? DO they know better? Do they understand how their actions are affecting you? Can you speak to them and let them know how you feel? These thoughts will help you understand what you can do to change the situation or accept it if there is nothing you can do.
Let go of the stress. Be present.

Note: I am going through an internship period of my college and with that my work schedule has changed to the afternoon and evening. I work at this time until 23:00 hours and it is impossible for me to sleep at 22:00 hours so I changed my time to 00:00 hours.
