The current version of last person standing match would end on 13th August. The next version would start the same day. Meanwhile this thread has been created to discuss the rules for the next version. I would request everyone to add their suggestions.
Also, please add the best practices Which have helped you sustain longer steaks. Few of those practices will be included as tasks for the participants. This time the streak will not just include the nofap days but also the number of days you perform those tasks. The objective is to inculcate good habits through these tasks.
These are the things I picked up from old topics. I think others can suggest more things.
Exercising, studying etc can be included as tasks. I don’t know much tips as my highest is 40 days only. I am eagerly waiting for this match.
I think the duration should not be less than 3 months as there is not point in ending a match before basic reboot period.
Entry deadline should be 2 weeks. 1 month is too long for a 3 month match.
Points should be given for every tasks
50 points once some one crosses his highest streak. - This is important because everyone has a different degree of addiction. Hence those who cross their highest streak must be appreciated irrespective however small that highest streak is.
Each one of the participants should take up at least 3 tasks from the list of tasks. 30 points will be given when someone completes at least 2/3 tasks on at least 6 days of the week.
Every 4th week the participants should take up one additional task. This is based on the fact that generally it takes 3 weeks to build up a habit. Then they should do at least (all tasks - 1) on at least 6 days of the week to get 30 points.
Participants should share their improvement stories weekly once , this would motivate everyone else.
