12. NO PHONE USE AFTER WAKING UP FOR 1: 30 HOUR✅( Only Use in Yoga focus mode)
13. NO SMARTPHONE AFTER 10 PM

Trying to build this habit

  1. Learn French❌

  2. Learn Matlab✅

  3. Read Self help book✅( The Power of your subconscious mind)

I was too much involved in coding (matlab) to solve assignments. So I didn’t know when time passed (for completing other things )

Today i am taking one day break ,I have some stomach issues.

I have completed one achievement which I had decided with myself. I completeed 120 days doing yoga(mainly SIRSASANA and SARVANGASANA). And I am continuing it for 60 days again from tomorrow. I will not give up.:angry:
