Slept at: 4 am
Woke up at: 12 am

Late night talks with gf( last night)

  1. Very unproductive day.

  2. No urge but was frustrated.

  3. Watched lots of random YouTube videos.

I’m going for a full fledged dopamine detox from tomorrow for next 20 days atleast.

  1. No phone Calls with anyone

  2. No entertaining youtube videos unless educational.

  3. No listening to songs.

  4. No other form of self entertainment.

  5. Only 1 hour whatsapp in 24 hours (for emergency).

  6. Sleep right at 11 pm, Wake up right at 6 am.

I’ll update everyday.

Day 15 Hard mode:

Slept at: 11:45 pm
Woke up at : 5:55 am

  1. Productive day.
  2. No urges but still couldn’t help some sexual scenes being framed in mind.
  3. Missed my ex

DETOX:
No songs played.
1 phone call to friend.
20 min of WhatsApp.
10 min of Quora.
No other entertainment.

Slept at 11:45 pm
Woke up at 6:20 am.

  1. No urges.

  2. Not much productive. Spent most hours in some youtube comedy videos, Twitter and quora. Instant pleasures always become a reason of depression later.

    So YouTube recommended this video where the ma’am was hot and had this specific trait i find attractive. And I played and kept looking at her. Also played some other videos of her. Though not guilty but still shouldn’t have done that.

  1. Urge: 3/10,
    No such urge but was severely stressed throughout the day. So mind was craving some momentarily pleasure. But I know I’ll feel even shitter if i end up doing PMO. Instead listened to some tamil songs by ARR.

Wake up at: 8:30 am

  1. Urge: 4/10. Not such strong urges to something but going to through some severe stress phase of my life and hence there’s thoughts like ‘how about some PMO’? in brain.

Had I been not into the No PMO journey, I’d have done PMOs quite several times now in the last week just because of the stress.

So whenever this stress and urge arrive, i just listen to some songs to compensate.

Day 21: Hard mode.

Slept at 12:45 am
Woke up at 8:00 am

  1. Urge: 3/10. No urge to MO. But there was this urge to watch the curves of girls in some short movie clips that I scrolled in youtube. I watched the clip but focused only on the facial area of the females. Not below that. Successfully dismissed what brain was craving for. This mini triggers gets registered in subconscious mind & activates the neural pathways. And the chain reaction gets initiated. What happens after restlessness and frustration unless you provide more such contents to brain.
