Relatively easier days with negligible urges. I guess the great difficulties appear only during first week and in second week to some extent.

After that it’s just goes normal and easy if you

  2. be careful of the tiniest triggers.

Day 26:

Quite a stressful day.

Installed Instagram and Snapchat out of stress. Talked to some friends on snap(decent convo) and was scrolling the insta feed to see friends posts. Not the search bar page nor reels. But Instagram, being the evil it is, still leaves no stone unturned to provoke you. There are still reels suggestions on the homepage which are enough to trigger you. I just skipped and ignored those video thumbnails with my eyes and was scrolling down. Missed the old insta with no reels feature.

Girls also started downgrading themselves just for likes and with increasing likes they get bolder. More likes, more followers and then you’re an insta influencer, brands start to approach you. I’m not saying all reels are same, but most belong to this category. It’s no less than any soft porn. I’d say even worse than that. Cause along with the soft nudity it reduces your attention span as well.

Some of the posts here are against counting the days. They are like make it a way of life. But in my opinion and experience, counting days along with journal is essential in early days. It works as motivation and reward system when you write. Maybe After crossing 90 days or 200 days, it doesn’t matter. You become strong enough also the urges are manageable. Still my thought is keep writting and visiting the forum. Cause years of addiction doesn’t get cured with 3 months or 6 months. Even if it’s a one line, writing daily is important. Cause it like, at the end of the day you’re being accountable to yourself.

Day 28, hard mode:

  1. Urge: 0.5/10. Urge so low that even framing sexual scenarios in my mind can’t do shit. Maybe I’m so stressed.

  2. Kegel: 11:00

  3. It’s getting easier to successfully ignore the curves/sexual part of females in movies/photos etc. Also even if i see unwillingly it doesn’t do much harm. The senses getting stronger. Although ignoring assets of real-life girls is still difficult.

Day 29: Hard mode.

  1. Urge: 2/10. Some sex thoughts came in mind and i got hard but there was not much urge to stroke/MO. Sometimes i think my sexual imagination power is greater than Einstein. smh.

Day 30 : Hard mode

Days went quite fast. Still remember what i PMOed to 30 days ago. And I was still not satisfied. I was still thinking to look for some more novelty.

Small milestone but thanks everyone in this app. All of your posts/journals inspires me and keep me motivated. Even the relapsing ones. I get to know what not to do. So I’m greatlful to everyone.

Day 31: Hard mode

  1. Urge: 4/10. A bit but mainly due to stress.

  2. Stress: 9/10. Watched random YT shorts to minimize stress. Ignored the curves of females. But read some sex related answers on quora. They arrived as i scrolled down and reading other questions and answers. Could’ve ignored but still did read. Curiosity! Not harmful but still can work as tiny triggers.
