Waking up at 4-5 as usual i forget to turn up the volume… so alarm didnt rang
• Meditation for 10 min Woke up late and didnt got time for this.
• Exercise/Yoga for 15-20 minutes leg cramps were severe due to regular PMO in last few days
• Chant Hari naam for 1 rounds atleast. Stucked in After PMO effect
• Study for 6 hours
• No sexual thoughts for more than a few seconds (each thought = (-1) got 18+ conent in a wapp
• No PMO same as above
• Social Media under 1 hour Will install Digital Detox to set time limit
• Phone usage under 3 hours❌
• Dont get angry. Be calm. need to avoid playing COD
• No Abuses❌ COD
• Only Classical Music and Bhakti songs allowed.
All songs were in same folder. Will seperate Bhakti songs…

Install Your Hour app and add time timit with setting lock till 12 AM
But beware that you dont put limit on every app with settings lock as its really hard to surpass this and you might need that app.8 So only put locks on useless apps. Like i need youtube hence i cant put lock on this necessary evil.
