Really? It happens to me once or twice in a WEEK or two… is it because I have a low streak and you have a streak of almost an year… pls answer @JonSnow001 if you got more wetdreams at the starting of your nofap journey… (my current streak is 43 days)

Meditation,exercise,always consious about your journey…And finally the cause of nightfall is us itself brother…because when we think about those things it will build up the urge for wet dream and release those semen…so always try to control the thinkings
