This technique is called Micro Streak. This technique is specially helpful for newbies who are struggling with crossing 1 or 2 days.
As the name suggests, you have to set a streak of 1 minute to 6 minutes. During that time, you are neither allowed to watch stuff nor do any other play with you.
Why it has to work ?
Do you remember how did you start your ■■■■ habit ?
You just watched it for 1 minute , then 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. You also thought that nothing bad will happen.
Similarly ,
When you set a streak for 1 minute, then you can easily cross 1 minute. Then set for 5 minutes and then 10 minutes. Nothing bad will happen
It is just reverse engineered version of your ■■■■ habit.
