Introduction to Micro Streaks ( Influenced by Atomic Habits )

This technique was told to me by @anon69203515. This technique is called Micro Streak. This technique is specially helpful for newbies who are struggling with crossing 1 or 2 days. As the name suggests, you have to set a streak of 1 minute to 6 minutes. During that time, you are neither allowed to watch stuff nor do any other play with you. Why it has to work ?
