A very sad fact is that you do not even need to pluck your hair…
Since PMO is connected to your testosterone
Levels it does influence your hair growth/loss…
Btw i am noticing the starting baldness due to PMO
Obviously there are other factors such as genetics, nutrition, exercises, mindset etc…
