Okk i have one question… As u mentioned nd others also said that 1st 15 days r like hell… But as I’m on d verge of completing my 7 days nd didn’t find it too hard to control (not bragging). So am i all right or my sexual desires had died (maybe due to over watching porn)?? Like I’m not interested in grls anymore or something like dat? Did u get what I’m trying to say brother??

Yes I totally get it. I experienced the same for first week. No drive, nothing. But by the second week your testosterone stores recharge and you start feeling wildly crazy. Thats when most of us relapse. And to other problems like not being attracted to girls and all, its your brain resetting. Yes its due to watching excessive porn. I had that. But by end of one month I started enjoying real world conversation with girls. It will happen

Face your urges everyday. One thing I particularly don’t like on the forum is giving too much importance ti triggers. Porn must be deleted. True. But I also continued using other social media in a regulated fashion. So day by day, I strengthened myself to not get triggered even when I saw explicit content
