Well I actually had a journal but stopped posting on it that’s why I’m going to make this one and Im hoping to write it in a different way similar to ones I’ve seen one this forum.

july 11th 2020, day 7:
Wake up at 6:00 to 7:00am :x:(woke up at 9:41am)
No fap✅
Stretch :white_check_mark:
No junk food✅
Read(read 2 chapters):white_check_mark:
Exercise (core and legs):white_check_mark:
Cold shower(extra after workout):white_check_mark:
I am trying to socialize as much as I can because I think buliding my social skills and humor is amazing being a youngster, I have also been trying to get rid of as much of toxic people in my life as possible. I will win I will do my best to succeed and realize my dreams. Im hoping to add meditation tomorrow, let’s see.

July 12 2020, day 8:
Today I was extremely hyper active and energetic, I felt amazing, but I did procrastinate by being online a bit to much. I got my first haircut in months.
No fap :white_check_mark:
Waking up early :x:(7:30, but I’ll definitely wake up at 6:00 tommorow)
Stretching :white_check_mark:
No junk food only healthy food with nutritional benefit :white_check_mark:
Read :white_check_mark: (1 chapter)
Exercise :white_check_mark:
Cold shower :white_check_mark:
Now that I planned it out I’m definitely doing guided meditation tomorrow.

July 13th 2020, day 9:
I woke up to my timer today at 6am exhausted knowing I will have a tiring day (physically being a junior athlete) so I decided to sleep an hour and 30 mins more, so instead of waking up at 6am I’ll push waking up early to 7 to 8am until I get a grip of myself.
Wake up early (7:00 to 8:00) :white_check_mark:
Stretch :white_check_mark:
Meditation(started with 5 mins today) :white_check_mark:
No junk food :x: (I had this toffee today :sweat_smile:)
Read(Manuscript Found in Accra)
No Fap :white_check_mark:.
Eat food with nutritional benefit
Fitness :x:
Cold shower :white_check_mark:
I’ve been doing religious practices too but I think it’s best too keep that private.

I just finished 10 minute meditation I feel refreshed and my focus feels sharper. In the coming days I wish to become a better writer by reading even more and recording my emotions carefully and understanding myself.

June 14th 2020, yesterday: today (june 14th) I was with my family all day and mh phone was dead for most of the day so I didn’t streth or exercise :grimacing:.

From now on I’ll do stretching within the first 2 hours of waking up so I don’t ignore it the rest of the day:

For the next 3 days I won’t be updating my journal due to travel it’s 6 pm where I am right now so here Is the stuff I did so far
