Im really horny right now but not for porn at all for some reason I don’t have the urge to look up a porn site cause my brain knows: it’s not real, it doesn’t feel good, and I’ll just be depressed afterwards. And definitely some exercise when I’m free.
I think 7 to 8 hours of sleep is perfect for me it’s enough to make me not crave naps but also to be right in bed by 11pm .
My goal is to get better at memorizing and long term focus…it will help me in my long term life plans drastically. Im pretty sure meditation will help with this.

I completed all of these tasks and am currently 8 hours from day 4 I’m sick and tired of this addiction. Lately I’ve been waking up at 3 to 5 am and them going to the bathroom drinking a glass of water, going back to sleep and then start my day at 7:30 and then take a cold shower within 15 mins of waking up.
