Also, I used to relapse every 3-5 days as well when I first started.
What helped me most was making daily goals and starting a journal/diary on here to have the community hold me accountable to those goals. They also gave a lot of encouragement!
Because of that, I made it one streak to 10 days, then relapsed, then recovered and am now at 19 days!
