Don’t fall asleep during daytime or evening
time. Just break the habit. Sleep only during
the night.
No internet after 9:30 pm till morning 7:30.
Cultivate these:
Go to bed and wake up early in a proper
routine.
Be happy. Stop worrying unnecessarily all the
time. Train the mind.
Stay Busy.
No life is worth living without discipline. Be
strong and disciplined.

I have to follow these rules if I have to successfully quit pmoing anymore in this life. Atleast for the next 90 days I quit all of these habits listed above. And the other way round, until and unless I reach 90 days I won’t engage in any of those activities either.
