:x: No to unnecessary WhatsApp.
:x: Don’t fall asleep during daytime or evening
time. Just break the habit. Sleep only during
the night.
:x: No internet after 9:30 pm till morning 7:30.

Cultivate these:
:heavy_check_mark: Go to bed and wake up early in a proper
routine.
:heavy_check_mark: Be happy. Stop worrying unnecessarily all the
time. Train the mind.
:heavy_check_mark: Stay Busy.
:heavy_check_mark: No life is worth living without discipline. Be
strong and disciplined.

I have to follow these rules if I have to successfully quit pmoing anymore in this life. Atleast for the next 90 days I quit all of these habits listed above. And the other way round, until and unless I reach 90 days I won’t engage in any of those activities either.

What the hell where you doing at 4:40AM?!!! If you want to get rid of addiction, you need to care about your body. You are the only person that can do that. Sleep hygiene, body hygiene, mind and body development. Not sleeping at night is a straight way to relpse.
