My goals for tomorrow:-

∆Finish Electrostatics

∆Finish Relations and Functions

∆Study atleast 3 concepts of Solids

∆Get up immediately and without hassle from recreational activities like YouTube …etc.

∆Complete all sessions of Pomodoro and not give in to procrastination

∆2 Sessions of meditation (morning and evening)

∆No Phone for any sort of recreation other than music ( not to be done during Pomodoros)

∆Sleep on time ( tough)

Went to bed ÷ 10.15 pm
Left bed ÷ 5.50 pm

Slept from ÷ 10.30 pm to 5.35 am

Phone used from 5.35 am to 6.10 am

Did bathing till 7.15 am

Then helped mom in her work and pooja ( as navratras have begun ) till 11.00 am

Used app for 11.00 am to 11.15 am

  1. No productive hour till here
  2. No unproductive hour as well on mobile
  3. I was busy for most of the time

( If I am wrong in any of my statments pls tell me , I will edit this post at night )

Here’s my day’s update
Morning chores include heating and drinking water right after waking up, toilet business, brushing my teeth, sublimation exercise, meditation, some praying, affirmations, visualisation, reading and bathing.
The extra column includes the breaks I took in between studies, some pooja because navratras have started and it took a lot of time or any unavoidable tasks.
I’ve added my kriya yoga and meditation routine in workout part only.
In social media/ mobile I’ve just included RC and WhatsApp, didn’t put video lectures and study related usage here, put it in study part.
Now it’s 11:26, counting the ongoing time in social media/mobile too, will take some time to chill and post updates then will watch some sitcom, planning to sleep by 1 because generally I’ve been sleeping too late slept around 2:30 last night and woke up around 10. Will wake up around 9 tomorrow.
