Being a student demands late night study and other stuff, which has become a regular routine. Busy schedule during the day prevents any negative thought, but the urges overpower at night. How to stop the urges at night which are pretty strong ?

And for night urges, read a book and don’t keep your phone or any other device in your bedroom.
Other method you can try is focus on your breathing, this is a mindful meditation which helps you control your thoughts by being mindful of one’s breath.
